I am currently serving as Assistant General Manager, Corporate Brand at Meghna Group of Industries (MGI), where I lead the corporate brand team and oversees strategic business planning, digital and print communications, event management, and cross-departmental collaboration to ensure consistent and impactful brand representation. I have steadily advanced through different roles at MGI, from Assistant Manager to my current AGM position, demonstrating strong leadership, creative direction, and expertise in managing both internal and external branding initiatives. My responsibilities include developing and executing branding strategies, supervising advertising and promotional activities across multiple business units, and managing relationships with external agencies to maintain brand consistency. Prior to MGI, I have worked at Madonna Communication Ltd., an advertising agency, handling strategic planning, consumer insights, brand positioning, and creative team leadership for a diverse portfolio of clients in banking, real estate, and consumer goods. I began my career as an intern at Grameenphone Ltd., gaining experience in campaign management and event organization.
