Kazi Rokon Uddin is an award-winning brand, media, and public relations professional with 15 years of comprehensive experience across corporate marketing and advertising agencies. He currently serves as the Group Media Director at POP-5 Advertising, where he drives strategic media planning and performance optimization for a diverse portfolio of clients. Prior to his current role, Kazi spent over eight years as the Assistant General Manager (AGM) of Brand & Marketing at Bashundhara Group, one of Bangladesh’s largest conglomerates. During his tenure, he successfully managed all brand assets, budget allocations, 360-degree media buying, and crisis management for high-profile business units, including Bashundhara LPG, Bashundhara Entertainment, and ICCB. His strategic contributions to market growth earned him the prestigious Best Achiever Award (2020) and Spot Recognition Award (2022) within the group. Kazi’s foundational expertise was shaped during his five-year tenure as Media Manager at GREY Advertising Bangladesh, where he specialized in PR strategy, content acquisition, and multi-channel campaign evaluations. He holds both an EMBA and a BBA in Marketing from East West University and is an active member of the Bangladesh Brand Forum (BBF) CMO Club and the Bangladesh PR Association.
