M Hoque Bappy, with over 13 years of extensive experience in advertising and marketing, has successfully led diverse teams to deliver exceptional results. Currently serving as the Brand Director at Analyzen, he manages a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and oversees an impressive portfolio of renowned brands, including Perfetti Van Melle, ACI-CORO, PRAN-RFL Group, Porter, Asian Paints, Gemcon Group, IPDC, Lafarge Holcim, and MGI Group.

Bappy’s journey at Analyzen began as a Key Account Manager, where he consistently drove impactful communication campaigns. His leadership has directly influenced the growth of over 60 brands, ranging from multinational corporations and local businesses to government agencies and globally recognized entities.

Prior to his tenure at Analyzen, Bappy held key roles at Adcomm Ltd, managing high-profile clients such as LG-Butterfly, LG Mobile Bangladesh, and PRAN-RFL Group. His career commenced at Dhaka Ad Club, a central hub for advertising agencies and media houses in Bangladesh. He further expanded his expertise through roles at Priyonti and Promito, where he ventured into digital marketing, founded a new venture, and broadened his professional horizons.

Committed to continuous learning, Bappy holds certifications from Facebook and Google and actively participates in industry training programs to stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices.

Beyond his professional achievements, Bappy is actively involved in extracurricular activities, including Nirman Cricket, Scouting, the Red Crescent, and Bissho Shahitto Kendro. Since 2019, he has served as a shortlisting and Grand Jury Member for BBF. His passion for motorbiking, camping, hiking, and culinary experimentation enriches his understanding of consumer behavior and community engagement.
